The team from Plant Powered Press was asked to assist Denmark’s leading plant-based food brand, Naturli’ Foods, in managing their Australian social media presence.
Our brief was to use cost-effective social media strategies that would grow the Naturli’ audience across both Facebook and Instagram — and to produce content that was highly relevant and engaging to Australian audiences.
Ultimately, our objective was to provide a strong local presence for Naturli’ (then branded as Funky Fields in Australia), which would allow the brand to mobilise real customers towards a purchase decision.
Our team used a variety of cost-effective, best-practice strategies to grow the Facebook and Instagram audience base for Naturli’ Foods:
We developed targeted Facebook ads, designed to attract followers with interests and behaviours relevant to the plant-based product category.
Working closely with the client, we also devised an Instagram ‘kitchen creation’ competition, with the aim of increasing community engagement and celebrating user-generated content.
We maintained strong community management across both Facebook and Instagram — by providing daily customer service, monitoring all brand mentions, and championing our loyal brand advocates.
Facebook audience increased by 79% in less than 6 months.
Instagram audience increased by 24% in less than 3 months.
Daily Post Engagement increased 9 x above average, over a 6-week period!
